Looks like a NAC failed and that's why half of the strobes don't work and did you report this issue to someone?

It seems like the system has SpectrAlert Advance speaker strobes and by the whoop and the voice it has to be a notifier or fire-lite panel. They will get the strobes fixed when they have to write a check with a whole lot of 0s on it that seems to be the only way you get people to do things half the time someone has to get hurt or killed and the company gets sued or the state comes in and fines them

Awesome seeing those digital LED Dual Lite Excalibur exit signs still in use! Although they do look relatively dim (no surprise as they’re 25+ years old). Lack of properly lit exit signs and no strobes will definitely not sit right with a fire marshal. Surprised no inspection has been done.
