The video is as bad as the instructions. Still do not have a clue where the other type screw goes

Having trouble getting the fire pit to light. Any suggestions?

Thank you for reaching out. 1.Push and hold ignitor button with one hand while turning the control knob to ON with another hand; 2.Release the control knob after 20 seconds (or hold for about 30 seconds or a minute to purge the air from gas line. Warning: Do not hold it for longer than two minutes.). If the burner does not light, wait 54 minutes, repeat. 3. Or you can contact our after-sales team via [email protected] for help. Thanks.

About 7 lbs free glass beads in the package.

@@Jeremy931_Jackson The max is about 7lbs, do not exceed 1/4 " depth of fire glass directly above burner hole. Applying too many fire glass may result in unburned gas polling in fire pit, so ventilation is needed.
