I had this exact same concept 4 years ago. In fact i have a prototype on an old g29 in my wardrobe. The files were also once on thingiverse. I used the same quick release as well. Although i must say you guys have made it look so much better than i ever did

I’ve printed it and installed 2 months ago. That was actually a big change, now I can install as many wheels I want. Actually I’ve just finished 1 month ago a F1 Wheel with a modified attachment for your quick release, and it turned amazing. Thank you man for your work

If you miss shift and force the gear to go without pressing the pedal, will you damage the locking mechanism? Is it dven possible? Will the shifter shaft break off?

Too bad they didn’t have an upgrade kit for the g29 wheelbase adding in the second dimension, Or if Logitech offered a rebate for the old g29 like 250$ off the 1000$ plus wheel base n pedals. Should reward n promote loyalty!!

After connect is installed u can use any wheel? But old buttons? Still awesome, only thing I can do is upgrade to direct drive, but my driving is t there yet, Moments are when we’re control is felt. Would like formula wheel but why wast 150$ instead of Savin that for the upgrade?

Dose the quick release add on for the f1s used in the video come with the f1s series one, i wanna use my logitech g923 and change out for the f1s quickly so do i need to buy two sets of quick release packs or just one pack with the other one i get with the f1s? I checked your FAQ but it dosent seem to answer my question. thanks.
