Excellent work! Considering this is a student production and a learning experience, it's very well done.

This really resonates with me. I recently returned to the area in London I grew up in during the 60's and left in 1972 when my father was transferred to a different part of the country for his work. It had changed too much. Some things were the same, but being in London, all the buses were different, not the old RTs and Routemasters I remember. I even rang the bell of the house I grew up in, but the guy living there just peered around the door like he thought I was going to rob him (I'm a 69yr-old woman) and didn't want to talk to me at all. I won't be going back 😔

I may be the minority here but no. I’m perfectly comfortable in the present and seldom wish to go back to my childhood. Lots of it were turbulent. Parents arguing and mother was always in tears because of dad. But I do miss the magic of being a kid and not having to work so much lol. And video games plus Saturday morning cartoons! This isn’t one of them but Damn I miss Toonami.

Born in 1955 and retired, I definitely am spending time reminiscing and using internet searches to avail that. I have been able to connect with Denise (the first girl I called on the telephone at age 15), Barbara (the first girl I kissed at age 19), and a slew of other dear ones. Unfortunately, sadly sometimes I find someone by way of their obituary.

Same age as me then, sadly I've been unable to track down anyone I used to know from back then. I did meet the kid who lived next door once, about 30 years or so ago, but we never stayed in touch.

I'm enjoying this but I'm sure this was the first time the lead actor had ever worn a suit. That's exactly what I look like when I try to wear one.

I don't think I would want to go back to my childhood. I have too many painful memories, Mostly from being picked on at school. Not that I didn't have some good memories too.

The opening song “Both Sides Now” brought back such happy memories and feelings I was transported to my childhood and simpler, innocent times. I’m grateful I got to experience them. The world is so different now. My mom always said these are your golden years. Enjoy them before life kicks in. I understand both sides now. Bittersweet. I’m now in my 60’s feeling like I’m still in my 20’s. Where did the time go?? God bless us all on this journey of Life ❤

I'm 77. I used to wear out many of these pink Spaulding balls throwing them against the 40' high concrete wall behind my aunt Emma 's place in Brooklyn over 70yrs ago. I walked the shop lined streets for many blocks to find those spauding balls. The housing there was all heavy white concrete. The park was also all white concrete with black wrought iron fencing around it, & a pool with a fountain in it. I sat in the pool pushing a little Grey plastic PT boat around.

11:44 Nice remake. You needed to do tighter camera shots so not to show cars of 2010 when you should’ve been back in 1983. Or a kid on a scooter in a park that wasn’t around in 1980s. Bad camera work sloppy I still give it a thumbs up.

I’m sorry but this doesn’t hold a candle to the original. Maybe if i never saw the original this would seem good. But to me the acting just seemed stiff , like you could tell the lines were memorized. Great story though
