I've always had the dongle connected to the USB shown in the video but when I was playing today after charging it suddenly started to do that I did the opposite which is connect the dongle straight to the PC and it sure did fix it

Ok so i have 3 G305's, One of them started stuttering badly unless the sensor was about 30cm away. However one of them works fine with the mouse 100cm away. I wonder what the real issue is, because the first one wasn't always like this.

I've had the G502 lightspeed working wirelessly without any problems for over 3 years. Suddenly my curser started jumping every now and then, and I almost bought a new mouse. Your fix and having the dongle laying close to the mouse solved my problem, saving me a bunch of money. Thanks!

didnt fix a thing. they litteraly tell you to not exceed 4" distance from the mouse. you had the usb too far away from the mouse before. that is all. miss proper setup will indeed cause issues.

sadly im still getting the same issue :C i have a g502 wireless with the same dongle and get the same weird stutter lag when moving, nothing has worked and this doesnt either.

Damn I had the same issue on my newly bought Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2, you saved my day.

for the people who originally did this and never plugged the dongle into the pc try plugging it into the pc instead of the adapter

i was having the same issue. i simply plugged my wireless usb dongle into a different usb port and problem solved! too bad i didn't figure this out until after i had reformatted my entire pc 😅

The real problem is because the dongle is too near to other wireless sources such as bluetooth and wifi within the PC that is causing the interference. You just need to move the dongle as far away as those sources. Using the extension helps with that.
