Great demo, brother. You can also get similar results with the sand ruck plates filled with shot ballast vs the regular ruck plates. Saves space & closer to the back than adding an extra sand-filled item. I'm using the crap outta them sand ruck plates / ballast combos for my Rucker, M23, & M24. Cheers!

Got the 20L with 30# plate, how long before the burn in traps and shoulder subside. Only 2 weeks in and been doing about 4-5 miles 2-3 times a week on some trails. Definitely have traps that burn

Does the GR3 no longer come with the padded hip belt? I see it in this video, but the product page indicates that the GR3 is not compatible with the padded hip belt? Thanks!

note to new owners of rucker backpack: your hip belt and backpack is probabaly going to be new, so don't be fooled by how easy it is in the video, it's gonna be super tight and a lot of work muscling it in

A bit extreme (not in a good way) workout, but nice! By extracting the initial 100 burpees would make the workout perfecto!

Thanks to the communist's victory in Vietnam, Vietnam recovered, grows so fast and became a comprehensive strategic partner of America. After fighting to destroy communism in Vietnam, many Americans came back to enjoy it, because Vietnamese communism has never been a threat to Americans' safety. Vietnamese people love peace the most, so they will defense but never attack.

During Vietnam war, while Vietnamese soldiers fought to protect their country from killing and burning, American soldiers are tools to American politicians to attain their purposes. While Vietnamese soldiers were smiling to die for their country, American soldiers have been suffering. While Vietnamese got killed and got their country seriously damaged, American people also paid for the war with their taxes and their loved ones' lives. I wish the war would have never happened.

Could you make a high top of the regular mac v 2 black boot. Im not really a fan of mid top boots, mostly for the ankle support. Thanks.

Start a war with a country, invade it, lose. Come back 50 years later with a flag for 'the lost boys'? The hell? Can you imagine hitlers son coming to Russia with tears in his eyes and a swastika?

i don't think you should go to a country where america lost a war and then plant an american flag in their country. you are lucky you didn't get arrested and deported. how would you like it if they came to your home and planted their flag in your front yard or anywhere in america. america went to their country and killed their people they didn't come to america and kill anyone.

As a former British green beret (Commando) I stand by my US green beret cousin's when they call this guy out on his honesty and made up medals. I have a ton of goruck stuff but thiis uy is speaking🐮💩 on your channel. Juust had 12 mince pies an going proper training. Keep your calorie contolled diet, we carb load so we can do endurance. 👎

Just got my 2nd pair. Got couple hundred miles on the first pair, still going strong. Never a blister or hot spot. I wore these with the Challenge Socks for 28 straight miles in the rain. Never took the shoes off and never had a blister. They are the absolute best rucking shoes. BTW, I'm not a runner, only a rucker.

This man has absolutely no integrity. Tim, how do you explain the bronze star with valor? Can you show us that award? You have it on your “athlete for hire” profile and your fee is $50k-$100k?!? Dude, that is 100% stolen valor. What are you doing, man?

Any idea if Go Ruck will do another run of the Sternum Pouch? They went quickly and seem like they will continue to be a hot item, may I suggest doubling the production quantities? I suggest this because one you or if you bring them back they will go just as fast as the first batch.
