The cars from that era were beautiful in control... modern day cars despite now resembling back again to those historical cars aren't anywhere near that fiddly to drive, they seem underpowered for how stable they are.

His first race after his 1999 injury in Silverstone. He was still limping on his leg from that injury, Ferrari team asked him a favor to come back for the last two races to help Eddie win the title, in this very Qualifying session he lapped a a second faster than Eddie with a painful leg. a masterclass from the Legend.

I may not have been a Michael fan during his career, but it was wonderful to see this legend being able to do his final lap in his career and hear him thank his team and fans. Not all of the best drivers in history were able to make it their race retirement and thank their loved ones. Michael had a commanding career and we can only wish his the best for his recovery. Thank you for posting this.

I remember this race. Michael put the boot in to the trainees who were on the track. And Jos the boss (a former teammate) held him up. It was the usual suspects who schumi swatted out of the way. Thank you for posting this. It’s brought back memories that I’d long forgotten. Schumacher was and will forever remain the rain master!!

I loved Sepang. It usually had interesting races, often with rain involved. It was a proper, modern circuit which was safe and had ample overtaking opportunities. It's a shame how they drop circuits like this, but they keep (and even add) boring, narrow hallways like Monaco and Singapore.
