Yes I am a mender too. Our golden has a large old lamb chop stuffed animal she carries from room to room. When a hole begins I put the stuffing back in a sew it up. It’s her baby. I keep my sewing kit in my car for buttons etc when I go to my sons house.

It’s the first time I have listened to you. I’m so happy I did. My friend bought me your book as Xmas present and I love it and it is on my bedside table and it helps me to sleep well and relax to read before I go to sleep. The book helped me to search your name and came across your wonderful video. You have an angelic voice which soothed my soul. I am a divorced mother for 20years with 2 children, now older. I look after my son 34years old with duchenne muscular dystrophy. I am at home every day and I love to be positive and mindful in my daily life. Listening to you today has been magical and has inspired me to dream. ❤
