How to figure 5000 steps by walking distance? Thank you, and all the best.
@QuotesWisdomOfficial
@QuotesWisdomOfficial Күн бұрын
Great question! On average, 5,000 steps is roughly equivalent to 2 to 2.5 miles (3.2 to 4 kilometers), depending on your stride length. A typical stride length is about 2.5 feet (0.76 meters), but it can vary. If you want to measure it more accurately: Find a measured distance, like 100 feet or 30 meters. Count how many steps it takes you to walk that distance. Divide the total distance by your step count to calculate your average stride length. Once you know your stride length, you can multiply it by 5,000 to get the exact walking distance. You can also use a pedometer, fitness tracker, or even your smartphone’s health app to track your steps and distance automatically. Hope this helps, and all the best with your walking goals! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️💪

That’s fantastic! Both brisk walking and cycling are excellent for cardiovascular health. Cycling can be a great low-impact alternative, especially for building endurance and strengthening leg muscles. The key is finding what works best for you-keep up the great work!

News Flash: 80% of all conversation involves some type of complaint or criticism. So, if you want to avoid complainers, you need to avoid 80% of humanity, which is exactly what I have done for the last decade. Trump does nothing but complain, so avoid that fat bastard.

Thanks for the forecast! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
@QuotesWisdomOfficial
@QuotesWisdomOfficial 5 күн бұрын
It's great that you have your seed phrase securely stored! However, I highly recommend not sharing your seed phrase with anyone, including in public forums or comments, as it gives full access to your wallet and funds. Since you've already posted it here, you should consider creating a new wallet and transferring your funds to a more secure location to protect your assets. To move your USDT from your OKX wallet to Binance: 1. Log in to Binance: Open your Binance account. Go to the "Deposit" section and select USDT. Choose the network you want to use (e.g., ERC-20, TRC-20, etc.). Ensure this matches the network you’ll use to send from your OKX wallet. 2. Get Your Deposit Address: Copy the USDT deposit address provided by Binance for the selected network. 3. Open Your OKX Wallet: Log in to your OKX wallet. Select USDT and choose "Send." 4. Transfer Funds: Paste the Binance deposit address into the recipient field. Double-check the network you selected matches Binance's network. Enter the amount you want to send and confirm the transaction. 5. Wait for Confirmation: Blockchain transactions can take a few minutes to process, depending on the network. Let me know if you need further clarification, and remember to secure your new wallet immediately! 😊
