Today I walked away a from a Job where I had the position I had desired and worked hard towards it for years ,until someone gave me the opportunity ,and I was so ready for it ,I did what was expected from and more , but was not treated by my boss with the same level of respect as I treated every one ,I brought it up the first time he disrespected me ,and he apologized to me , but the disrespect continue a couple more times when he was under stress by his boss ,at that moment I realized I couldn't compromise and I left after two months in the position I have dreamt of for a long time .
