I have a bmw 525d. I got my tyres changed today from the mechanic. And after I drove for a while this same error came up. I have been driving the car for 6 months and never had this error. It is only after the mechanic changed my tyres. Could he have damaged any sensor while replacing the tyres? Or do I need to reset ? any recommendation?

Thank you....the relay was bad AND the 20amp fuse that works the relay. Switched both and all good now!

I bought a used rim that had a Grey tpm in it, mine are orange. I couldn't figure out how to remove the Grey one. But my f02 doesn't recognize any tire with the Grey one on my car. Any suggestions?

What about if you change all the coils and the spark plugs and the wires and it's still misfires and my other question is if you take the Cadillac converter out and put it straight so in other words I have one Cadillac converter only on the other ones off I put a straight pipe through it

Since this post is a few years old, did swapping out the EFI/ECD Relay solve the problem long term?

I have a 06 750i it was overheating and I kept driving and it shut off and wont turn over you know what might be wrong and it was leaking major coolant and needed thermostat

I got a ml430 4.3 v8 and it has 3 misfires cylinder 6,7,8 dont know why changed the spark plug wires and spark plugs

Hey I have 2012 535i and it's been overheating g and now it makes a noses after I shut it off it sound like it coming from the oil pump

I use this seaform cleaner for the intake then Throttle body cleaner seeing all the black and brown flow out! Might get lucky to see tiny black chunks of carbon comeout the throttle body! But try to by pass the Mass Air Sensor that can be damaged, use Mass Air Sensor Cleaner for that separately👍

No way to check if a shop bends you over by just resetting the oil. I wouldn't buy 1of these things.

My 03 ML runs a little rough but no check engine light is on sometimes when I first started up from it sitting a day or two and then I turn it off and turn it back on and it runs just fine what could that be

Hi Brother I have 99 Landcruiser, i had this problem twice now, when i had this first time my mechanic did every think he check fuel tank. but could not figure out then its started it self. i traveled from NJ to Missouri and it was fine but yesterday after getting oil change from wall mart i came to parking lot and try to start but it crank but nothing happends, after watching your video i check engine light so there is no engine light i order the relay to see if its thats the case. is there anyway can i talk to you and explain the problem. let me know how can i contact you and get you opinion on it.

Bmw is a very stressful vehicle. Too many unnecessary sensors worse than a nagging girlfriend. I mean u could fart in the car and it will trigger a check engine light 😠😠 wtf
