My little guy and I are just blown away to have Chris and his daughter do this song together. New radio jam for us. So grateful for this father child moment. My son was beyond excited it was his daughter. He felt so connected to this. Thank you to the poster for making this video available for all us fathers out there to be touched.

He's back at where he was when he was performing all his songs on American Idol -- I NEVER missed a performance of Daughtry's -- my world was alive on Prime Time TV ..... CONGRATS AT BEING RIGHT BACK TO YOUR HEART OF ALL THESE YEARS! I can't believe how long it's been until it was pointed out! NO WAY -- time FLIES!!! Look what happens when you do the mundane grind to get to your HEART!!!! HELLZ YEAH!!!!!!!

I was at a concert in Champaign, IL -- early on in Chris's career. I still have the CD but I'm SO thankful he can get back to the ROCK he always brought to American Idol --- That's where his heart was and it was tamed. This gives me GREAT joy for his career. Rock on, Daughtry! Such an inspiration of having to do the grind to fulfill our dreams, and a further inspiration that we're the same age and look at this! I remember his IVF journey, and I went through it around the same time as well. Seeing this dream of ROCK in reality = I can't even BEGIN to put into more words than ..... chills ...... chills in the best way. And INSPIRATION that NO MATTER WHAT, we can make our dreams come true at ANY point of our lives.

I'm 54 and quite fucking stubborn musically and when you finally hear that song from a group you know God damn well is talented and definitely plays what you can very clearly relate to and then you dig in and get too know them and it's pretty fucking cool playing catch-up, the song that bit me and I fell instantly in love with was a symptom of being human, that song just fucking blows my mind and how it is so relatable to me in every way, these guys are an incredible group of greatness and I feel like I made a new friend in music and the fans are bad ass , God bless everyone out there and long live rock n roll
