yung guidelines ba nila naka national based?? kasi sa nabasa ko hanggang 12dancers lang?/ pwede po ba gumamit ng Propsmen like this while performing?

in our school we modified the guidelines to cater everyone. Upon joining the district and division level we followed the national guidelines.
