Great job. I’ve seen a few where the top folds open increasing the work space. I do like the small tote idea in lieu of drawers.

How do you get the trailer tag? Do u need the original truck's vin?
@BlackGermanShepherd
@BlackGermanShepherd 2 жыл бұрын
At least in Indiana you have to apply for APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER - VEHICLE OR WATERCRAFT form. The sheriffs office will do a pre application inspection to confirm it doesn’t have a vin- cost $5 then once you file and receive a IN VIN the re-inspect to confirm the VIN is properly attached also $5 fee. I made 3 small stamped VIN plates and riveted them on, 2 visible and one hidden. Thanks

Outside and back are the strength, the inner shelves add strength. The inside shelves don't need to be 3/4" go with 1/2" or even 3/8".

You should really learn how to use the correct tools for the job that is not how you solder unless your doing plumbing and learn how to use a camera my head is spinning! Your fuse block

Your sanding job was quite crappy to be honest, the rustoleum paint didn’t have a good gritted surface to bond to.

I was told I could take the one from the abandoned house next door. It was in the ground, weeds growing up it, tags say 1988. I pulled the fence cut and dug it out now I'm rebuilding it. So far paint body put a ball hitch coupler on it (was a pin hitch), done a bit work with it already. I use it to haul wood. Logs branches trimmings brush trees whatever wood needs toting around! The right tire goes flat within mins tho so I have to carry my compressor fully loaded in the back of my truck. Came from a Chevy Love. Never even seen one before but I like it.

How do u register the trailer?
@BlackGermanShepherd

André Alves in the state of Indiana you have to go to the BMV and apply to an assembled vehicle title. The local PD does a site visit to confirm it has no VIN. Then with that paperwork you submit along with receipts for 50% or more of the materials. They then process that and mail a MVIN. And last the local PD completes paperwork that it has a MVIN attached according to requirements... I stamped mine and made a second vin plate and riveted it to the frame. Thanks hopefully your state is similar.

I have these lights on my jeep now. Had them for a year and both halo’s are out, and the one headlight has two of the three driving led’s out. The app is also spotty. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. 90% of the time it doesn’t. Not worth the money...

This is way more confusing and complicated then it needs to be. All TJ fusebox diagrams can be found here: knigaproavto.ru/shemy/en/jeep/wrangler/920-1997-2006-jeep-wrangler-tj-fuse-box-diagram.html. For my 1998 TJ, I wired the halos into a fuse tap into the engine bay fuse box using #21. That gives you halos that turn on when the engine is running and off when it is not. Since they draw so little power, only a 1amp fuse is needed.
