I've lived in Portland most my life, and I'm thinking about OSU. And was excited cuz I've heard that area gets much less rain. So that last part brought me down a little not gonna lie. 😂😂😭😭

As an OSU graduate it's fun to see around campus and town. I graduated way back in 2007 and so many things are still the same.

Great advice. I graduated from OSU and yes parking is a pain here. You can buy a C lot pass and it's the cheapest and it's first come first serve. I would say A or B lots are a ton of money for a student.

Also if u r short, try to go for seat instead cause I have had 2 concert where I was in GA, but didn’t have a great view with tall people filming with their hands up 😂

Nothing compares to getting tickets to mandarin pop artist Jay Chou. My wife is Chinese and she loved Jay Chou her whole life. Really want to bring her to see him live, but it’s literally impossible. Tried so many times but it’s sold out within seconds. Trying this Friday again… really want to do this for her.

I had floor tickets for a one ok rock concert and their headliner band I forgot their name but they were so good and those who can just for them were pushing so much that I almost lost my shoe, but I did get pushed up to the baracaded, like a mix 2nd and 3rd row. My view was blocked for half the members, cuz I'm short, but I still had a good time.

Hi. Can you give some advice on riding on shoulders at a concert? How to approach someone to carry you, How long is okay to be carried, What is most comfortable clothing and sitting position? I want to approach a woman that I don't know at an event, and offer her a ride on my shoulders in exchange for a ride on hers, Is there any specific advice you can give me? (I am afraid of interacting this way with unfamiliar men) Thank you, Your videos are very helpful, I have began seeing events for the first time in my life 😌

Back part of the pit is my fave spot too. You get to see the whole stage and the artist as well no matter where he goes. Also, sometimes the staff at the control booth are so kind that if they see you are small they will give you a box (those black hard ones they use for their equipment) and make you stand on it. Not at all times but I’ve experienced it twice. LOL.

I usually I look for seats once a week closer to the event shop during the week there cheaper. Seatgeek usually for me I find cheaper or ticket master sometimes they drop the prices. I went to go seee bad bunny I found tickets for $150 ga put on week off the event they went high $600

Thank you! Curious why someone from out of state would choose Oregon State. Don't misunderstand me - I hope one of my kids chooses to go there because of the rowing program and distance from Portland and my parent went there. But curious what the draw was from out of state? Cali native here- not everyone likes the UC CSU system. They’re super impacted 💀 can hardly get into any of your classes. I specially it you’re bio or comp sci major. Everyone in the world comes to California colleges. They are not the end all be all of colleges. I went to UCI. My family went to UCB, UCLA, UCSD and UCSB. We all hated it and most did masters outside of Cali and liked them better or ended up transferring out of Cali for undergrad 🤡

In my first concert there was a guy behind my mom and I and he was like 5.9 and my mom and I are 5.1 and the guy keep trying the whole concert to get in front of my mom. It was the most annoying thing of my life and since then I decided that I didn’t want to be in the front 😭😂
