Is this method used in orlando Florida? Just curious? Because our mayor says that liquid oxygen is needed for Covid patients and therefore we need to stop consuming water as usual or in less than two weeks there will be no more clean water and will have to boil it

No... It is not. It uses venturi with bernouli's law.
