I sometimes implement the "simple housewife" model, and here I do not imagine her preparing a milkshake in the hope someone comes to throw in the milk. Home Army did not have any agreement with Soviets to act together on the Uprising. Well, and it is probably true about armies altogether, most famously the Roman to have had heads of state sleepless and worse, because… there's never been a magic wand model for commanding an army, and no such development is likely. Jargon as a "fragged" or "fragmented" commander comes from language environments different from Russian of course. The Home Army had happened to declare hostility about Russians, so Russian commanders would have had to abandon the strategies they had prepared, because the situation in Warsaw was altered unpredictably, and act emotional - on the spur of the moment, risking many more Russian lives, allowing for sacrifice on their own? - whereas the Polish guys never put thought in it enough as for a milkshake. One thing to come from history all over the world is that people are people. You can't expect of human beings to do for utilities. Russians got to Berlin. MetEirann was part in predicting the weather for the D-Day. No Polish resistance contributed at all. Some of the stories are that Nazis would have rather abandoned Warsaw than shifted forces from Western Europe, and this is what their strategies look to have been.
