Nice base, but the other components seems fishy to me. First off, the lid should be stainless steel and not bamboo as bamboo isn't durable and would need replacements. Second, the filter seems... not the safest? I am no filter expert, but another plastic and nitrite of some form doesn't exactly ease my mind. And thirdly, the tubing seems long to where the filter is quite submerged into the water as a whole. Maybe why other manufactures didn't bother with a glass encasing container jug to begin with because tests might have shown some form of leaching. Respect the drive though, even if the implementation is crap.

I backed this on Kickstarter and think it has a lot of promise, but I really wish it didn't have the angled omni wheels in the front. Seems like it has trouble maintaining a straight line. I don't see what the benefit is to having them set at a 30 degree angle, since it's normally either driving straight or making a zero turn at the end of each stripe. I like the way the omni wheels are placed on the Luba much more than this.

I'm impressed by how good an object recognition is. I hope soon I'll be able to test it in my small but complex yard 😂
