It’s my understanding that we’re born with the number of follicles that we’re ever going to have. We can’t create new hair follicles.

I just big chopped last month and I’m planning to trim 1/4” every 3-4 months hoping that will mitigate splits and rough ends. I also like the look of a clean, even, thick ends.
