What a gift to have recently discovered this writer. He doesn’t miss much, including the hilarious absurdity of contradictions inherent to everyone, no matter where you live. Big love!

I have been collecting his goosebumps for the past 23 years. Of course I only collect the orginal authentic first editions now with bad ass gruesome graphics not todays kiddish cartoony graphics. Series 2000 , Original 62 and Give it yourself

I'm glad he's making the rounds, but after experiencing his presence as a creative writing teacher a while back, I know he's the kind of instructor you hope you don't get. He's a raging elitist. Writing has to be seerrriiioouus. Famous stories are analyzed to death, until their every spark of reading joy is totally extinguished. Maybe he's had time to mellow into a more compassionate personality, but I'd still approach with caution.

there's something cliche and cheesy about them and that's why I love it. It's not depressing or super gory . I like the tone and the vibe. It's so simple yet so great.

ain't nothing wrong with living at home while going to college. That shit will save you money. That's how the undergrads these days rack up so much debt. They're not just paying for tuition but living expenses too.

I know this post is old but it aged like fine wine. I had to commute to school, and it did honestly take most the fun out, but I am fortunate enough to have graduated debt free thanks to the money I saved.

I just finished the book in its Greek edition. I found it very enlightening and well written. Maybe a bit difficult for those who are not in the profession but gives another insight and reflection to those of us that are. I loved the human aspects of the psychologist and his life. I did not like the end though... as a novel it should end with more. Clarity. After all it is a novel rather than a text book in psychology
