The land sizes are great! Homes are beautifully designed, This is a great escape for me. Looking outside were I am Its pure snow and ice. This worms me up. In my twenties l worked with the KSAC; Roads and Works Dept. in Rural St.Andrew and know the Area as it existed then. I really do admire all those luxurious houses. Where exactly is Spring Park? 3:56 Nice area. Expensive apartments, with roadway with deep CRATERS😮 leading you to your dwelling. Jamaica government must require developer to repair the roads in front of the buildings they build before they can sell or rent them. That's how it's done in America

Some places in America you have to maintain the roadway for 15 years after construction before the County takes it over. Or else you lose your money you have on hold with the county plus you can't do no more work in the county

@ChosenTv148 I know, when we talk about what should happen in Jamaica base on our experience living overseas it is all wishful thinking. Both JLPNP care Zero. They all about what's in it for them n their friends. The purpose of politics in Jamaica is NOT to serve community people n country, it's all about poor people paying taxes so that politicians can have an extraordinary life living in a third world state
