What type of vehicle was it? Was the vehicle stolen? Were any guns recovered? There were definitely at least 2 different guns fired last night during the incident. At least some of the businesses nearby have to have cameras. If you had a detail assigned to that area, how come the shooting occurred at 7:08pm and no officers were on scene until 7:18pm?
