If you struggle with your twists out its best to use gel until you figure out what combo best works for your hair. First, you have to start off with a liquid to detangle your hair - best to use water plus a leave in that works as a detangler while hydrating your hair at the same time. Secondly, you want to seal in the moisture with your favorite moisturizer that has some hold, if not, go in with some gel. Ensuring you are adding enough water. Lastly, you want to top everything off with some oil and use oil to take down your twists as well. To get a nice twist out you have to twist tightly and curl the ends Before separating ensure your hair is dry properly Separate where the hair naturally wants to separate! This is key! Hi dear, ensure your hair is not too oily, you have to tie it tightly around your head and slowly pull it up. Once you get your desired look, loosen it up so it doesn't give you a headache.
