Just a hint to anyone wondering in 2024 onwards, Patches can still become a merchant in Firelink even if you do this questline and he doesn't appear at the Lever in catacombs. As long as you answer the right questions to him in tomb of giants. These are "NO" to "ARE you a cleric" then he kicks you off ledge. And when you make it back up to him "Yes" to forgiving him.

I’m here because he didn’t pop up for me in the catacombs so I watched a play through an in that play through the guy also beat the Capra demon first so I was super confused but I’m hoping that he pops up at the giants whatever you said

In my turn , I lured him into the dungeon (I forgot the doctor wanted not a assistant but someone to experiment on) . Later , when I went in the dungeon , I mistakenly slashed at the doctor and then killed him coz he became angry… now, the kotaro guy is still sitting locked in his cell…

It's way more easier if you get the necklace and get out you do not have to kill a single shark in this quest just get the necklace the main character will say he killed it even if you didn't don't waste your time on the shark at all there's no need to kill it

This is absolutely the worst game by Rockastar games ever. Nothing is marked on map, nothing is explained. Travel time and fast travel points are garbage. I regret buying tis. So far I liked all Rockstar games, but this is probably one of the worst games I have.

Dumbest quest ever. She says she wants them because they remind her of her grandfather.. After you get the map you're making like $8 per magazine and wasting your time moving around the map!! Then you give her back these "Sentimental Comics" and she talks about selling them. I just wanted to plug her on the spot!!!

After seeing him at the Lost Izalith bonfire going option two, you don't need to see him in the location where you would fight him, he will still be summonable to fight Gwyn. I had no idea where to find him after the bonfire, so found this out accidentally.

This DLC was the start of Fromsoft way overtuning damage and defenses on enemies and honestly it’s negatives far outway the positives. The two decent boss fights plus Gael don’t make up for how garbage the rest of this DLC is.
