Okay so I really dig this take. It maintains some things I like from the original, but I also like the “improved” percussion (no offense to ol’ DW but his 2A03 percussion was usually somewhat weak, but he made up for it with good chords, melodies, and rhythms). I also appreciated the modulation of the square wave pulse width for the repeating melody “riffs” near the end. A lot of 3rd and 4th gen VG composers did that but what immediately came to mind was David Whittaker when I heard it. Well done - I really dig it.

This has to be a game I've been looking for forever.. I had the fuckin theme song stuck in my head for like 15 years.. I always thought it was Clash At Demonhead cause I remember a character in the booklet that had crab looking hands.. but that wasn't it cause this music isn't in clash at Demonhead(though the character is from the manual for TCAD).. i managed to get the Japanese version complete in box for 40(the usa copy is like 150 for cart only!)..

How did I never find this until now?! This is great! Sounds like a very similar chiptune to the game if a bit also like the NES, but as what would be an octave-corrected version. Props.
