A raptor didn't fly, they never had feathers, too much meat on them to take flight and if they were to fly would need massive wings. Dinosaurs in general never had feathers. Anything with feathers would be a bird not a dinosaur prehistoric or not a dinosaur is a dinosaur and a bird is a bird
