The versions of the turtles in this movie were different from the ones I grew up with, but the core of the characters and what made them iconic was still there. Even Super Fly was a pretty good villain. Overall it was pretty endearing, and fun! So I had a good time with it. Great review! Keep making videos 👍

I can see the disappointment, 94 film will always be 💎💛👑, to me as my #1 film of all time. Since being born in 1995 it was the 1st film I ever saw in my entire life on vhs including the Jungle Book 67. That's how much to a T it's still paw printed in my brain. As a Animal guy thanks to the OGs in my early life coming into this world, it's what you had in mind and perception. I can agree like you said, it could've been a bit more expressive while still maintaining the realism, there were quick moments where their face expressions was noticeable. But overall....there's nothing we can do about it. It's so easy to be nitpicky(even I have the urge), but over a beautifully faithful recreation of disney classic about Lions and the Animal Kingdom is it worth it??? I understand that Favreau made the animals little too realistic, but he, the animators, and wildlife team did actually took the time to study wildlife how lions & animals express their feelings, it's the body language and eyes. Animals tell their stories with their bodies & actions not as much with their faces. 👏👏👏 to Favreau and his team for trying. This is a film that should be appreciated for what it is, having it's own ❤ and emotion of realism of Wildlife in Africa with the same story we love as sadly 1000s of species are disappearing across🌎. That's the Circle of Life that Favreau wanted us thinking about while watching this movie. Lion King 2019: A- 💙👍 Although it's not as good as the OG, it's not all the problem. Some films are bad because they're bad and we know it. But this is one those films where perception is what has everything to do with your connection/enjoyment/disappointment, and also what you highly had in mind.

LOL. Why didn't TFA get all this hate? Because TFA is actually a good film ... with flaws but still good. TFA made $2 bn at the box office ... and had old & new fans excited for the SEQUEL. The sequel that you enjoyed but also admitted is not a good film and is barely passable as a SW film. smh. You're a fucking idiot. You say you're not a big SW fan & SW bored you as a kid until the prequels ... and consider SW just a kids movie with no substance -- and yet you accuse JJ Abram of fucking over all the SW fans with what he did with TFA ... and then wonder why most of the SW fans have no major hate for TFA but completely trash a movie YOU enjoyed but admit is not a good film. LOL. Hey Moron. JJ Abrams got the fans excited for the sequel and wanting to know: 1) who is snoke 2) why is Rey so good at everything 3) why did Kylo Ren go dark and wants to kill his parents 4) are Finn & Rey the new Han & Leia 5) why did luke go into hiding, what has he been doing, is he Rey's father, JJ abrams did not write TLJ. Rian Johnson wrote TLJ and completely rejected what JJ Abrams was doing. JJ Abrams had Luke leave the main part of a Map to FIND HIM in R2D2. That map was a major part of TFA. And yet in TLJ, there is no mention of Map. Luke wants to be left alone to die. WTF did Luke put a map in his droid .... if he wanted to be left alone to die? JJ Abrams had Luke fully connected to the Force in the final scene of TFA ... but rian Johnson asked JJ to eliminate the sFX showing Luke using the force, because Rian had a different Luke for TLJ. A bitter cowardly fool, that is willing to let everybody suffer under the First order and just wants to die. Most true fans hate TLJ because 1) terrible writing throughout & 2) it is not SW film or the sequel to a SW film. TLJ is simply Rian Johnson's idiotic, illogical, convoluted, crude, preachy fan fiction. You clearly know nothing about scriptwriting and didn't understand what JJ Abrams & Lawrence Kasdan were doing with TFA and planning for the trilogy. Snoke is Rey's father. snoke is likely a clone of Darth Plageuis. Rey has had training without her knowledge by Jedi Masters via force projection. Kylo is unredeemable. He kills Han and then Luke. Leia kills Kylo in the final film Father & daughter face off to decide the fate of the galaxy Rey must decide to follow family(Finn) or duty(Jedi) or change everything altogether. True fans have no problem with TFA because because they could see what he was doing. JJ was gong to do something major with Snoke, Rey, finn ... Luke. And then along came that moron Rian Johnson to fuck everything up with his POS fan fiction -- Mary poppins Leia, Mary sue Rey, cowardly titty milk drinker Luke, a supreme Leader that is a whining emo bitch that has hissy fits and has been beaten twice already by a Mary Sue Ren ....and Jar Jar Rose. A non-fan can't understand why the fans like TFA ... and hate its sequel TLJ? WTF? .

I remember(Dec. 2015), especially on KZbin, but also online reviews and blogs...within a few days/a week, The Force Awakens had a huge abundance of negative reviews, far beyond anything the prequels ever had. There were so many! I was surprised reading and listening to reviews of The Last Jedi, that so many people were saying "I loved TFA, but not this." or "so n so crapped on everything JJ set up." When I see this, I think, what the hell are you people talking about? They're both pretty shallow.
