Hi, where is the 2 wires from the sensor is connected to. You didn't mention about it. Its just hanging there. Thanks

I meant the low water cut off sensor wires. I'm guessing it should be corrected to the 1st and 2nd on the slots where red wires connected at the minute.

bad idea - uv damages eyes - so your koi will be blind eventually - not ideal

Why return water to bottom of pond.? Isn't it good to aerate the water and ripple the surface?

What flow rate are you running? On a shower that size I would have thought it would need to be at least 5000-8000 gallons per hour to create the gassing off effect that make showers so great, but the footage of the spray bar in the top tray doesn’t look anything like that!

These showers are not filtration but can add bio to you inlet. You will need a filtration system before the shower otherwise you are just putting dirty water back into the pond, your shower will also get clogged with muck

Is this the only filtering system you have in this pond? Would you recommend this type of filter for a 1200 gallon koi pond only and nothing else?

Impressive. I'm looking into dropping one of these in my RDF. Also live in Texas. What's your GPH going through the filter like? I'm running about 10K GPH (on a 4000 gallon pond) through the RDF so I wasn't sure if I needed more watts.

I wa tched your review and got very excited. Went to ebay and becaame very disappointed. It doesn't have enough head height for my application.

If you look at my set up there is practically zero head at output from the pump. The Periha pumps are not known to have good flow at high head, you should have oversized the pump.

Plants and Koi breeders will rarely sell koi like this as tosai. If they do then you’ll pay premium nisai prices for a tosai.
