Thank you so much for your kind words! 😊 I’m really glad that resonated with you. It's a powerful reminder that when we’re fully available to ourselves, we naturally start setting boundaries that reflect our self-worth. I appreciate you sharing that this hit home for you.

Thank you, Lisa ❤ All that you shared describes where I am. Aware, shifting, still getting triggered, trying to shed the shame and live more authentically. I always thought I was this kind, compassionate, great communicator, but now see that I was just emotionally surviving, unable to speak my truth or ask for what I needed, fearing rejection and abandonment if I didn't present as what I perceived others needed me to be. Never truly understood and always lonely, and hiding my disappointment and anger because I was ashamed of it. Then I would spill my traumas to the wrong people at the wrong times and shrink in shame for that, isolating, afraid to "bleed" on people and ruin any chance of real connection. Anyway, your video helped me have more patience and compassion for myself as I transform. I am going to keep listening to it until I can fully assimilate it 🦋
