I'm really glad I'm retired from teaching, especially now with the rise of artificial intelligence. It's interesting to me that fields like the military, medicine, and filmmaking have embraced AI without much fuss over ethics. For example, a doctor using AI to diagnose cancer doesn't seem to raise many ethical concerns. But education is a whole different story. I guess teachers will use AI to organize their classes, and of course, students will use any tool to take the easiest shortcut they can find. Once again, I'm glad I'm no longer working in education. I’ll stick to typing on my old manual typewriter.

You are right about that. I also never say that. But I do say hypocrisy is when you say one thing and do another.

The man spent his entire life reading what others have done having little or no creativity himself a cynic who knows just enough to get under your skin but never enough to say anything profound this is beyond this lazy Irish cigarette sucking bum . The great hypocrisy to people like this is that make it seem that there is some objective motive behind their cynical views when it is really envy or some other subjective vain reason

Hey! I don't know know if you remember this video or not. (Friedman, "The Social Responsibility of Business is to Increase its Profits"). My Intro to Business teacher used your video and asked us if we agree with you or not. I agree with your points completely. Thanks for the thought-provoking video!

This seems to be an argument against the "deprivation account" of why death is considered a bad thing. Does the speaker then conclude that death is in no way a bad thing? Clearly a dead person cannot experience anything, but the person's death is certainly a bad thing for some living people. That's all the deprivation account asserts.

Legal paternalism is the theory that a government or legal system is justified in controlling the individual and private affairs of citizens. Black's Law Dictionary 9th, this is what they teach in the police academy and in government 101

Hi there, your philosophy videos have comments disabled so I'll leave this here... I really enjoyed your "sicness unto death" review, it helped me understand a lot more than when I initially read the book, so thanks! If you could invest in a better camera and mic, you would get a better response on KZbin. Your latest video is basically unwatchable because of the poor audio quality. Also, it would be great if you left the videos open for comments so that we could ask questions/have discussion
