@@GZCAPONE no honestly. Ranking up & having rank on your chest is always good. In the military think of rank as a milestone. The only way is up unless you get introuble and get demoted down a rank which is considered bad

What duty station you get ? & when it’s time to reenlist request Germany 9 times out of 10 you should get it. Don’t quote me on it though but I was told after you first duty station your almost guaranteed whatever duty station you want if it’s available

@@Bjskiii4l forsho bro , I would say go Germany first bro. It’s a 3 years contract then ask for Korea afterwards or vice versa. Korea is a 1 year contract I believe though

Appreciate that bro, I normally do that depending on the material. But most of Temu clothes that I’ve ordered only fit me for about a good month so I typically just got a size or two up.

If I remember correctly I got a medium. I’m 5’9 and 185 at the time and it was tight on the pants but perfect size on the hoodies. The stacked jeans that you saw fit perfectly as well

88M is a truck driver & 31B is a Military Police. The quality of life is about the same depending on your duty station. As a solider you stay in the barracks so your quality of life would be the same. As far as work, a 88M drives and does CDL like things. And a 31B does a lot of patrolling and others things more like a police officer. But honestly there both good jobs & both set you up for civilian life

Yes you can do airborne , Airborne is like an elective. I don’t have much information on airborne. But you could do airborne, ranger, air assault, & any other class as a 88m

The benefits are decent. As far as you being married and your spouse not wanting to move I’m not sure what would happen honestly because I’m not married. But going off of people I know who were married & their spouse stayed behind. You typically stayed in the barracks until your spouse moved with you. Or you were given family housing. I also think you still received your same benefits but don’t quote me on that because I could be wrong.

I spent about $500 excluding the flight, and room. If you just want to go there for the experience and chill. €500 is pretty decent. If you want to get the maximum experience and have fun I would say to have more. But most definitely you’ll spend around €500 if not more depending on what you want to do! I also would say to get the “Get your Guide” App as it helps you find things to do in areas!

ATV Ride - €80 for 24hrs + gas €20 Horse back riding - €80 for a trip to the beach. Food - I spent MONEY on food! I was just trying stuff 😂! But about $200+ I most definitely would’ve spent more. If I planned a bit better

Yes me personally I would go a size up. Almost everything I tried was too small. Only thing that was true to size was the Blue and Black stacked jeans. Everything else I highly recommend going a size up so it’s not to tight!

Yes active duty is a regular 9-5 honestly. You go home everyday unless you’re on TDY (Temporary Duty) somewhere else or Deployed. But even on TDY & Deployments you have access to your family through phone & mail!
