DO NOT BUY JD PARTS MADE IN CHINA!!!!! After a year parts are falling off due to not tightened right at the factory. JD uses Kubota tranny now. Height limiter on the 60" belly mower will wear out due to cheap extruded aluminum. My 2005 JD 2210 was built MUCH better and lasted 18 years. This one is a little over a year old and falling apart. JD does NOT care and will not warranty anything past 1 year.

The transmission is designed and built by JD in South Carolina. I have a 6yr warranty on my JD. take your misinformation somewhere else.

I purchased our JD 1025 R in the fall of 2023 it has the front loader and backhoe that I purchased as well, I have over 200 hours on the unit. I don't have anything to complain about with this compact tractor. It has done with the tasks that I have done on our property from moving wood, dirt, rock and other tasks. The backhoe has done well with each job that I have done well with it digging drainage ditches .

Love my X758 4wd Diesel....would never want the 1025 for hills...way too tippy even with spacers.look at the price of a 1025r with a liader...not cheap by any means these days.

An x350, or any 300 series mower is a good investment. They cost anywhere from $500 -$3000 more than a 100 series,but theyre a legacy tractor. Im a blue collar guy on a tight budget. I bought a 2 year old trade x350 thatd been traded in with 107 hours on it. It already had the mulch control kit and still has 2 years of warranty left. I paid less for it than what the lowest s100 cost at lowes new. Build quality and quality of cut are fantastic. Im sure ill be passing it down to someone in my family later in life.

it doesnt make sense buying x700 when for almost same money you can get a true garden tractor like massey gc17 series or kubota b18 witch will leave x700 in the dust.

I see your point! I'm interested in the x7 small size and 4x4 hill capability. I'm tired of replacing drive belts.
@donaldducko65805 ай бұрын
Then get a 1 series. The X700 is more about mowing than anything else. Tractor work is secondary.
@a.c.m.e.ink.45685 ай бұрын
For Hills & tight spaces, you cannot get a larger Tractor in. The X500 or x700 would be perfect for my property. It has these obstacles.
@ralphllivrah95512 ай бұрын
Depends on your need. This is for mowing and does a great job. The tractors you’re talking about do not handle well mowing. They just aren’t true mowers. They turn a lot wider and it really a pain. I have done exactly what you’re talking about and it was a mistake. It was a pain trying to get around all the stuff that residential yards have. The bigger machine aren’t made for yards. Better off with them in the fields.

Why is the tractor shown with a SF6000 dome but no ATU? This tractor does not have wet steering for guidance correct?

Bought this for my small back deck in the Eastern Sierra. kzbin.infoUgkxoHYZbq5g9fkcAtinlTqstNlje-UQkCHN We get A LOT of HEAVY snow so I was a bit skeptical but it was worth it! After the first storm of the year this has exceeded expectations! It throws snow very well, even 10-12” + that said the more it piles up the harder it is to maneuver the machine. It is exceptionally light weight and overall exactly what I was looking for. If you have a large amount of snow and a lot of area to clear, you may consider something with a drive engine to help maneuverability, but for decks, second stories, roofs etc, you can’t beat the light weight to great snow throwing ratio. Side note, the chute rotator is a bit flimsy and it initially didn’t seem to work, after a few uses it seems to have loosened up.

Why would you buy such an enormous machine? With all this capability. Then put such a small deck on it? These are made for 2-5 plus acres. If You need a deck that small. The big box store machines are all you really need.
@DH-mf2lv5 ай бұрын
I have a pretty steep bank and I need the differential lock and bigger agricultural tires. I also like the EFI and the fender handles. I am getting older and I (annually) remove the deck and turn it over to clean it. The 48 inch deck is lighter. Good enough reasons?
@a.c.m.e.ink.45685 ай бұрын
@@DH-mf2lv Fair enough, the bigger decks are heavy. Thicker gauge steel as well. But they have to be, so they last.

"At LandPro Equipment we fully support our customers in their right to repair. We've even made the software needed available for purchase." So, what you're saying is, you are making a profit off people by selling them the software they need to repair the property they already bought?" How, exactly is that different to a phone company charging you to stop getting telemarketers. You are simply selling people a key to a lock, instead of not installing the lock in the first place, is that correct? Here's a quastion, if a farmer buys some kind of GPS module for several thousand dollars, and then the manufacturer, who we'll just call the Jolly GREEN giant, ends support for that device after a number of years, and the farmer doens't want to spend the cost of a good used car to buy a new model when the old one is still physically working, but the software has been EOL'ed, then does the farmer have the right to use open source software with that module, and does his "right to repair" extend to bypassing control on the module that prevent it working with third party software?

If I buy a tractor, it's mine. I'll do absolutely anything I want to it. It's mine! If the manufacturer won't 'allow' this to happen, fine. I'll simply buy a different brand of product. The guy on the left who's speaking is a fraud. He's shilling for John Deere's 'we control it' BS.
