p.s. My grandma had a whole set of the potholders on the "barbecue spare ribs" page at the top (the flower-looking hexies), and I'm all nostalgic now for her kitchen. If you were to ever scan those patterns, I'd be happy to pay for them. I'm pretty sure they'd be out of copyright now. :)

Very interesting haul. The one piece I found most interesting was the chest x-ray. If you notice it mention American emigrant authorities. It was probably to make sure there was not TB infection coming into the country from a foreign country.

I got my 49 and Market box a day ago and was disappointed. I got the plumb journal and the theme was beachy. Not my taste. I saw other’s boxes that were more my style and I took a chance that I would like it. I did not.😿 Looks like you got a good box. 👍🏼
