Makita is actually independently owned and I’m not gone say it’s much better than dewalt and Milwaukee but it kind of is😅 it has tremendous amount of power the batter last for quite some time. But all three of these brands are around the same price so really ya can’t go wrong with either of the three ya choose

I have LITERALLY LOOKED for a YEAR for this. EVERY INSTRUCTION or VIDEO Makita has is WRONG. DIFFERENT HEAD. HORRIBLE neglect of people with the power head string trimmer. THANK GOD this Asian man did this video. Like the others I can't comprehend his language but his video is "Supah Fantastic" (I hope someone tells him that and he appreciates it!)

What you have shown in the video is that fuse is blown. As someone below has mentioned the fuse is there for a purpose and just bridging it without knowing the the value you are risking the charger ability and can cause a fire or blow up the lithium batteries BIG RISK

Such a waste. Useless to have so many battery platforms. I’m not buying 18 different batteries from 18 different companies. Makita is gonna fall out of the OPE segment as a result.

How does it compare to Milwaukee? I got one after some random guy helped me to fill w flat. Shit is awesome. I have just a few xgt and honestly I regret getting the drills. The batteries are just too wide and bulky for a impact drive. Its fine for the circular saw and other large tools. But for small tools like a drill I prefer the lxt.

I shorted my makita charger at the 18v battery charger electrodes will it be same thing a broken fuse? I get alternating red green lights with the charger plugged in and the battery in it now!
