How do I fetch one of these alarms? I can’t find it online.

We have this model in our house. Today the alarm went off. The valve is open and functioning properly but the alarm will not turn off. Ehat would you suggest that I do?

I have the original mainline back water valve in my home and it’s saved us from flooding numerous times in the last 10 years, saved us once again 2 weeks ago after 7” of rain fell in 4 hours here. I actually have a few videos on my channel of how i installed it. I clean it every 6 months to keep it from sticking to the bottom. Great product.

Ridiculous Will never stand up to the pressures of sewer back up , prolonged or otherwise

wouldnt the sewage get trap on the sensor and it stops working or give false alarms

We are considering using these in all our new homes, they should would excellent under normal conditions. My question is what happens if there's been two or three sewer backups from the street filling this entire chamber with sewage, will these floats not be caked with ugliness? Will they continue to float up, or could they be stuck to the base of the chamber, not forcing the valve to close? Please advise.

You state it hooks up to household alarm system,.. google home as well??
