About the MMO thing were you are stuck in it ... I would find a small group that is not stupid and train carefully. Live before Exp. Also, i would go full rouge. Its what i played in every MMO i ever played and believe me, i was good. Not the best, but a friend of mine and i once toke off our gear - everything but weapons - and challenged ppl of the same or higher level to duels with gold on the line in WoW (on the line for us, if they lose, they lose nothing) ... was fun, we lost 3 time total ... out of over 100, each ... and found a new guild after the last one stooped playing ^^ was the main reason we did this.
