Well, I’m Done talking on this thread about this except to say that it has been the focal moment of my week ever since I found out of her passing. I can’t quite describe it well but seeing the passing of Tracy Sherman, in such a sad way, has been on my mind ever since. I think we would have been good adult friends if I had pursued it. I told my cousins (who also worked with her in music) of her passing and they similarly grieved. I used to make her laugh a lot. I’d love to own some of her art as a momento. This week belonged to you, Tracy. ❤️

Tracy will always be 13 to me. She will never grow old, or decay. It’s like the movie “Goodbye Mr. chips”

I heard rumors that she was an artist. An enigma maybe. My uncle was Jimmy Joyce who hired her for many singing sessions in the 60’s and 70’s. Wow. I’m in tears now!

She was a lovely artist. An eternal child in many ways. Went out boldly fighting cancer at 59.

@@jsher88888 I have a photo of her on stage at the Hollywood bowl and backstage at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe with Bacharach if you are interested. There is also a KZbin of our group on a TV special with Bacharach. “Bacharach TV special 1973”. You can see your sister in blue
I’m So sad. I’ve been wondering for decades what had become of the girl I had worked with in the early 70’s and who I had had a junior crush on. Her straight long black hair and beautiful eyes. I had sung with her on many projects and toured with her by my side in 73’. Many exposures to Tracy, we had crushes on each other. I haven’t seen her since 74’ probably but often wondered. I’m so sad to hear of this news!!! I remember when, in Lake Tahoe before a Burt Bacharach concert she had twisted her ankle running in the show. During the show that night she leaned against me on stage. What a thrill! Sorry Tracy!!! So sorry! I feel it is my loss that I didn’t continue my friendship with her, we were so young then but she seemed special. She just seemed special! I reached out to her family as recently as 10 years ago. I couldn’t get ahold of her. I would have visited her in her sickness for what it’s worth.

NYC the memories of New York City remind me of one little girl in particular Annie I want to become Annie in a play. If I do I would have the happiest life being Annie and I wouldn’t care if I work so hard for my teacher Miss Patty I love Miss Patty she treats me like a part of the family and I’m very happy that she adopted me like if I was one home orphans in the house I love you Miss Patty you’re the greatest teacher ever ever met and I’m glad you care for me so much you treat me just like Annie and I’m very happy that I have a good life at Willow tree. You give me food and shelter and that’s great and lots of fun games to play and everything. I’m very happy that I have a good life at Willow tree oh Miss Patty you’re the greatest friend a girl should ever have. I’m happy.
