Around 128 dollars for double room with lake view and 152 dollars per night for the deluxe rooms with lake view....but camping is quite affordable

What happened to this places, the last two times i was there it was soo green? Its the most calm place i know with therapeutic water-to-shore sounds in the night. Does they still have alot of monitor lizards?
