Amazing vid, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest in Mario's Thunderous Erections and it's so much simpler and potent now!

@notrealatall196 YES! A Bystander will assume your choking the person or strangling them, then come running over and assault you too. Also pressing in to hard while reaching over then can push down on the trachea

@@oltratube Great Question, well the liver is very vascular that’s one reason you would never want to obstruct the liver or damage it in any way However there focus at this time should be on isolating the actual issue at and. Vena Cava Compression. We do that by completely tilting the pt on their left side as much as possible*

This by definition classifies as a bad camera angle. You could put that camera angle on a gunshot wound and none of us would be able to see it.

Learning nomenclature is super important for anyone thinking of working in healthcare. Nothing makes our lives easier than an EMT who knows what they are taking about. For example, in pharmacy, drugs often affect receptors in your body. An agonist is a drug that encourages/allows the receptor type to fire more often. An antagonist blocks a receptor and prevents its effects. Really important for us to know these things. Opioids, like fentanyl, work by agonizing the mu opioid receptors that are in the brain and in the GI tract. Narcan works by antagonizing the same receptor. This effectively reverses the effects of systemic opioids making it a good treatment for an opioid overdose. Cheers from a pharmacy student!
