So x-360 is the system used to make and access the incision? and perform the surgery? Is this disc replacement?

I fell down in my kitchen and I lost 50% of my L1 it's been almost 6 months and I'm still healing I start physical therapy tomorrow July is my last day hopefully when I see the doctor I pray to God that I'm finally healed

why isn't this technology in every hospital this is great
