I'm sorry but I need clarity on what cost $49K; it cant be that beautiful furnished apartment they toured, why not be clear. You turn ppl off with a bait and switch approach, we're already on edge and scared to trust these developers abroad.

It’s very simple. I reviewed THREE different properties from the same developer in this video, the tour was of the most expensive one which was clearly stated in the video. The one for $49K we went on site, we did a tour of the site and I showed images of the brochure and left links for you to check out. This is KZbin, it’s about watching the content and deciding for your self, there is no intention of bait and switch but my content is accurate and honest. Thanks

You people returning from the diasporas are responsible for the hard life and high prices the Ghanaians at home are experiencing. Flaunting your $£€ and living a lifestyle strange to 99% of us Ghanaians doesn’t make you a hero and l certainly will not applaud that. Come home and build affordable housing for nurses, teachers, policemen and policewomen - now, that will be worth an applause

Luxury life in Ghana is beautiful and calming. We all need to return home, as we hear nothing but positive stories about the motherland from friends like you who have taken the brave decision to settle down. The apartment is beautiful and spacious too. The only thing I will assume they need to revise their thoughts is the restriction on the residents' access to other floors. It's irrelevant.

How much is a three bedroom home and a two bedrooms? Where in Accra is it located pls. Pls plant cherry blossom trees or pine trees. Style is very nice. Completely amazing. Where does one parks a vehicle?
@joanwhitter6181
@joanwhitter6181 7 күн бұрын
Do you think pine trees would do well the Ghanian climate? If they could grow that would be great. Quite often you can't introduce species into a country as it could introduce pests. Australia is probably the strictest country on that.

Thats nothing local about these buildings. All these appliances are fom abroad. Im not jealous of him and i respect his hustle but these houses are overpriced. Way too overpriced. For me building or buying a real estate in the western World is way better than buying or building in ghana because the sell on rate in abroad is higher. I have aquired a two storey building together with my wife in Germany and now the sell on rate is massive. The prices here for houses or real estates are crazy. One problem in Ghana is our maintainance culture. Most houses are left to ruins.Thats why if u are building in Ghana build something portable you can maintain

A studio for $80-100k plus?! Please tell me you're joking. Accra's infrastructure is a joke with the open gutters, pot holes in the roads the size of craters, consistently poor internet connection (not a good idea with this smart home set up), light off and a host of other problems. I've travelled there 4 times since 2018 and it hasn't changed one iota. Seriously that needs to get sorted first before charging these ridiculous prices for flashy pre-fab structures. A railway system or tram network wouldn't go amiss either with the roads so congested with cars.

Instead of the politicians helping to accelerate the progress, they are foolishly disgracing us with issues like galamsey, poor roads, and CORRUPTION!. How would the many others who could also come back to invest be motivated? It's disheartening, but kudos to you guys. It shall be well

I think a lot of you are not looking at the bigger picture. This building is nice, but did you see how it encroaches on all the surrounding properties? They no longer have any privacy as they are being overlooked by this huge building. There is also a safety issue. Heaven forbid a "Grenfell Tower" type issue. The landscape and heritage of this area has not been considered.

Grenfell had highly combustible cladding made of polyethylene. That is one of the reasons why the fire spread so rapidly. High rise buildings are in many places across the globe. I’m sure she’s seen the fire safety and contingency plan.
