but how do you not allow anxiety to control or keep you from doing things you used to love? I've had attacks in ballet class, at work, the most recent one, while driving! how do you "let go" when anxiety manifests itself physiologically and I have no control over those physical symptoms?

But it's not about how it looks or how it taste. It's about the slow/long term effects of the irradiated food on the human anatomy . If it looks and taste good but not doing it's natural duty it is empty and no use other than temporary pleasures. If it's doing an artificial duty that is harmful to us then what the point of killing foreign bodies of the fruits that might or might not harm us if the treated food itself is harmful.

I don't have diabetes and I'm not a drinker. I was finally diagnosed with MS. I have numb toes (toes feel like they're in a bowl of fire ants sometimes), legs, hands, and my back.....

I literally have tried everything, from mega-doses of vitamins, to homeopathic treatments. I`m only 34 years of age, and naturally, it has been a real battle. Nonetheless, I foundthisneuropathy treatment solution “gowo shocking plan” (G00GLE it) really interesting. Anybody will certainly find it easy to understand. You could surely see the outcomes quickly if you do it correctly.

anxiety is a struggle and like he said it never goes away. however he said and I quote. " if you as anyone if they have won they will say no, no I have not." That is a false accusation. To lose the battle with anxiety is death. If you have anxiety and you wake up and you fight everyday of your life then you've won. no matter how much anxiety controls your life, no matter how much you feel it, no matter the situations, if you make it threw the day you're saying you're here to stay. Not anxiety. This mans mind set is all wrong. I have anxiety and every day it rips me apart and everyday I try to "let go" as he says and not care it does nothing, because like he said "people take medication... but it's still there." fight, fight, fight, everyday of your life to live, be kind to everyone for they are fighting the hardest fight of their life. NEVER GIVE UP, NEVER LET GO. FIGHT IT TILL YOU DIE. TAKE IT TO YOUR GRAVE AND KNOW THAT IT DIES BECAUSE YOU DIED, NOT; YOU DIED BECUASE IT LIVED. you're worth it, just because no one has told you that enough doesn't mean it's not true. Live, love, and die strong.

I take the approach of "letting go" like he said but it still doesn't help bc I'll try to talk to ppl and do things I'm scared of but when I do it I still blink excessively or look like I'm about to cry...the anxiety behavior is still there and it happens even on days when I feel carefree and not depressed. I just hate it.

For the most part, exactly the video I was looking for. But what if it all builds up while you ignore or let go and then manifest various psychosomatic symptoms and cannot go on any more. And what if the situational factors cannot be changed or it is all fueled by an unsolvable internal conflict; and the way one has to respond to life events and the reality of the world - other than just continuing the meds to be numb to those realities.

I am a drummer diagnosed in 1988 with right hand dystonia. I saw Dr. frank Wilson and Nacy Byle at Kaiser Neurology and PT with Nancy in UCSF California. in 1998 It switched to left hand unexplained. Completely resolved with full control again in my right hand. Now I have been dealing with my left hand.

What about when physical activity aggravates anxiety? What about when your anxiety is so severe it goes well beyond being nervous about something, and you barely feel attached to your own head? Cannot focus, cannot string two thoughts together, completely erratic mental processes resulting in one terrifying event that lasts for hours. To me, it seems like he's not describing anxiety - just butterflies in the stomach and a bit of stress. What I deal with on a daily basis feels like I'm losing my mind.

I just woke up at 6 AM with the worst pain in the world I've ever felt. It was under my knee and it wouldn't stop, on my right leg. I swear I was half asleep and just started praying, that was my immediate reaction. Then after (what felt like an hour) like one or two minutes, it stoped. I am not really sure if this is the exact name for this, but it seems pretty close! PLEASE if this has ever happened to you, then please reply to my comment. Need to keep informed! Thanks

Clearly the interview aims at promoting the technology rather than question it. The researcher mentioned FDA several times, they also used NASA to make consumers feel safe eating irradiated foods. The researcher also mentioned that "it damages the DNA of the fruit, but since it is no longer on the tree it doesn't multiply". I cannot believe that they expect us to eat damaged DNA even if it tastes, smells and looks normal. There is mounting evidence that this technology is causing cancer. Cancer generates more money than any other product in the world and it would be sad for the FDA to see it eliminated, so if the FDA says it is safe, then it is most likely to be causing cancer.
