Saw the Whigs last night in Chicago... they invited Marcy Mays on stage and played this track. Both me and my wife were weeping by the end. An unbeliebably beautiful song.

This whole album is the soundtrack to my drug induced high school experience. That was the best year of my teenage life. Thank you afghan wigs

When I was younger and SO into Whigs and some of my friends got into it through me I used to start getting pissed off that I hope they don't blow up and get huge because I felt like it was my own private perfect band. Now all these years later I'm super pissed that they never blew up. Makes no sense. Absolutely none🙄

Dulli is king of the people!!! We were into bad drugs then and this music was a great companion. Clean now!!! Greg has written some scores that still make me shiver. Underrated to say the least!!!

Man does this bring back great memories of youth. Whigs are the seriously one of the most criminally underrated bands history. Have no idea how they weren't absolutely huge🙄

The best live band I ever saw. It was live a religious experience. I’ve never seen someone command a room like Dulli.

Maybe because some of their past tracks were recorded there...but this song in particular makes me miss Memphis for some reason. This one of the most 'Afghan Whigs' songs they have recorded.

First I found Soundgarden, then I found Alice in Chains, Blind Melon, and to a slightly lesser extent, Pearl Jam, and most recently, Screaming Trees and Mark Lanegan, and then Greg Dulli and The Afghan Whigs. Great music all around. Mark Lanegan and The Afghan Whigs went from me not listening to them really to being in the top 5 for these past 12 months.... And I listen to TONS of music, this only could've happened with me listening to even more music lately, and listening to solely them on repeat. Love this kinda stuff. Edit: Also been loving me some Queens of the Stone Age and even moreso Kyuss and Mondo Generator, that stuff goes crazy

Whomever directed this video has NO ABILITY TO FEEL MUSIC - Its one of the most mis-matched visuals Ive ever seen. Its captures exactly ZERO percent of the feel and depth of the song. He might as well just put stock video of a upper-middle class suburban skateboard park up there instead.

I totally disagree. This video is one of the greatest videos of the 90s. It blew me away seeing it for the first time when it was released. Goes perfectly with the energy of this amazing song.

Twilight Singers are one of my favourite bands. This AW song reminds me of something from Blackberry Belle. For many reasons it’s dark beauty brings out sad emotions in me. 🖤💔
