There is a law that states bail cannot be set above the financial status of the accused. People don't know this. you have to stress this fact to your lawyer.

How is this possible? Biden is the president, as Biden says criminals are just angry and need as many chances to reform. Tax payers as myself will get punished because we know better. ?????????

I really don't like this generation of people that are moving into adulthood right now. They demand respect and equality and very clearly discriminate against people because of their situation in life or even their age. I've noticed a lot of ageism. Why is that? I don't want to be lazy and put it down to selfishness. No, I'm not elderly but I grew up in a community that is very respectful of the elderly and respectful of the visibly disabled. Did we look like monsters to the generation before us? I think mine was the socially moral generation who said no to things like blood diamonds. Maybe that's why this fake moral generation gets on my nerves?

We don’t want judges getting creative. This stuff shouldn’t be allowed. It’s all well and good when you do it to someone who deserves it. But these kinds of punishments can easily be abused. Justice needs to be blind and dispassionate.

He's doing this more for people who were just recently homeless or close to it after losing their jobs, not the destitute homeless with zero skills and horrible health. His situation is actually worse than the majority he's trying to inspire.
