Premature grey hair is basically before the age of 25 right? I Have heard post 25 , especially in late 20s its normal. I just turned 28, and currently have around 11 white hair strands.

@@sonalickanthan8754 it is normal to have that much white/grey hair at that age but after 30 it can escalate VERY quickly unless we do the tips, doctor mentioned in this video 😁
