We had a segment of our annual Beatle Juice dinner called "Songs We're Ashamed to Admit We Like" (master chef Joe - the bassist) would cook up a storm for us - menus provided, and he'd go into great detail describing each course as he presented each to us, announced with the ringing of a precious bell.. and I FORGOT ALL ABOUT "BONEY FINGERS!" - what a loser am I?! Joe's choice (and the only one that stays clearly in my mind) was "MacArthur Park." And that would be the Richard Harris version, of course. I think my choice was (a sensible) "Wicheta Lineman," so I didn't completely miss out on a submission. SO, WHAT IS YOUR CHOICE? I'd be chuffed to know. By the way, the annual dinners were superb - and likely still are.
