Have you never heard of gunmod's cameras? Been doing everything you got from your other mod, plus more, for 20 years. Plus it's supported by scriptorium so you don't even have to put it in play, just click the checkbox when installing scriptorium.

I absolutely love this Neighbourhood. After I've tried the older version I've decided to play only with that one. Now, this is my main hood to play with & what I'm playing most.

I’ve always loved Sedona, it’s smallish but I love how it has interesting terrain while still having loads of flat space. I built a spooky old mansion on top of the mesa by the bridge, with a telescope on the roof that the owner of the house would use to spy on the rest of the town.

I think I have to have this mod 😍

Seastack Island looks like a great expansion to my island based kingdoms neighborhood. Not sure if I would use it as a regular subhood or for vacation houses.

Hello, i have been interested in the community time proyect for a while but i never installed it in my game because i have doubts if it is going to work well. Do you know if i can unistall it if it doesn't works well in my pc? Can a play normal gameplay again then? Thank you in advance

I have two go to methods for making Sims without them looking too same-same. One is the easy way which is just kind of blending face templates - I pick a main one and then right click on a bunch of others (this gradually blends the features from one into the other). When I want to spend a little more time, I like to have a reference of a real person! I don’t worry about it looking exact, but it just helps me break out of a rut by looking at a real person and trying to somewhat match their features.

The mod for faster semester cuanges at college is exactly what I need! I love to send my sims to college but I feel like it takes forever till they come back. 😅

Good to see Nightlife and Open for Business at the top! I do think Sims 2 had a good run of EPs and SPs, almost none are terrible at all. So I agree on most of your tier list. Perhaps it is similar to mine! Haha

hi i've recently had trouble installing a pet mod from TS2 Site and it won't do anything from when i install it with my other mods by placing it into the bins folder of current exp pack you know the old school way, i've found that doesn't work with pet mods, i've tried downloading the Q-Xpress mod installer but the link is broken..what else do i do to install the pet mod?

It's nice to see new content on the Sims 2. I've been playing sims 2 for god knows how long now. Whenever I get a new PC, I just Install sims 2, and transfer every file from the old PC to the new one, like a weird museum exhibit. I've got files from 2010 haha.

I use simnopke's sliders A LOT! I'll often use gussy up + plastic surgery + simnopke's sliders on townies to make them look less samey. Then if the townie ever joins a family I use simpe to make the plastic surgery genetic

Cool, I personally prefer Pooklet method. With a mod, you can unlock all the Bodyshop features within in-game CAS, so it can be done there too. I was kinda forced to be using CAS for pookleting since bodyshop just won't stop crashing for me 😅

I've tried most of these ways of making sims, but I usually use the CAS Pacifier method. Sometimes I'll even make a set of parents for both parents of the sim I really want. Do the pacifier method to build each parent, and then use them to make my playable sim so he/she will have 2 generations worth of genetics. The Pooklet Method is fun to see the transformation from basic face template to a horror show and ultimately to an attractive and interesting face. Sometimes I randomize everything for zodiac, personality, aspiration, turn ons and turn offs but I usually only randomize zodiac and aspiration.

Nice summary. The visuals are very helpful. I was told you could blend face templates using right click in cas, but ive never gotten it to work, so i use the pacifier method

The sims series in general is so fun. I’ve been playing ever since I was young. The sims 2 and 3 are the best ones. My neighborhood is called Goldencrest Village in the sims 2. I already have a bunch of things built including a expensive mansion and my best advice is to get an idea of what you want to build before you start building, otherwise your builds look like those ugly box shapes that I used to build back as a child.

I really like your content and you should make more tutorials for how to do world-building in Sims :). but I would really recommend and upgrade to your mic / recording equipment. it could improve quality by a ton!

Hey, nice to see Sims 2 content like 15 years after! . I did back to play it recently and found Chris Hatch's female butlers mod but idk how to install it, looks like different as usual mods since mine creates the butlers but they never come to my neighborhood even if called 😢. Hope to see more content!

Hi, I plan to maybe get SIms 2 for ps2, so I have some few questions: 1) When you create freeplay world, are you able to create own sims or are you given a random generated sims family? 2) Can you custom your neighbourhood in freeplay mode, like houses, other sims etc? 3) Can you create teen sims in freeplay mode? :)
