Those old coaster were scary because they felt like they would fall apart. I like water parks too! Ive heard of the Pine Barrens and the jersey devil! You mentioned put put golf. You have to go to Myrtle Beach! The city is full of them. Its like a golf mecca the east coast. There and Sunset Beach, NC. Golfers are everywhere trying to pick up young women. 🙄 I would hate to be a waitress there. Of course, a young waitress who would flirt with old golfers would probably get big tips 😅 Great seafood! Im in Mississippi now. Its actually a beautiful state, but not much for entertainment at all.

@JoeJoyHaveLanded Mississippi has a huge car show called cruisin the coast. There's like 7000 registries. Cars just cruise the coast, so each town has events. Lots of food! It attracts a lot of people with cars, trucks, and motorcycles who just come for fun not contests. Another neat thing is the Blues Trail. Seems like every other town has a blues legend born there. There's usually a plaque or a statue, or a museum. When I'm out exploring, I'll get a singer from a town on youtube and play it. Tupelo is the birthplace of Elvis. Lots of Elvis stuff! I was surprised how nice the towns are here. Beautiful Victorian houses and people take pride in their yards. Lots of flowers. I pictured MS as a a run-down ghetto. It's like all rural with very little traffic and friendly people. Lots of lod style stores and neat old hardware stores. I'm going to Arkansas next. I've done the Louisiana thing 😆! Oh yeah, there are some haunted places here and terrifying graveyards. I've been to the Bell witch and Yazoo witch graves. Some of the graveyards are hard to find. I'm a ghost chaser and been all over to see spooky places. The scariest haunted graveyard I ever been to is in MS. It wasn't seeing a ghost but just a sense of powerful energy where my girlfriend and I coukd hardly breathe and panicked. We found out later, people have died running from there in a panic. I'm not sure I'd ever go there again. I was at Cedar Point years ago. I bet it's all changed. Some of those old rides were sketchy 😨

There is a route 1 in California. It winds along sheer cliffs. You can look down and see pods of sea otters floating on their backs. They hold hands and break shells open on their bellies with rocks! They hold hands to stay together. There is also a sea lion cave in Oregon. You take a really long elevator down to the cave. There are thousands of sea lions in rocks and waves crash in. The sea lions ride the waves to get up on the rocks. The Oregon Coast is known for Salt Water taffy. Yum! The shops make it with old cast iron machines. There is a Guinness records tourist place in one of those small towns. Dungeness crab is really cheap and you can eat it at harbors to the barking of harbor seals. Those crabs are the meatless bodied. Delicious! I'm dying now thinking of it. Route 66 is neat. Kinda creepy out west with abandondoned motels in the desert. The road is almost abandoned now since there are major interstates. There's still some tourist spots. And parts are abandoned. I'd love to do the east coast route 1! There is more to see. It's all wild on the west coast except the hip little surfer towns of southern CA. I love history, wow! Plymouth Rock! Now, that would be something to see. Oh yeah, there is a California elephant livery on the beach. One seal came several years ago, now there are hundreds. They go south to have babies in warmer water, then migrate north where there is more food, like the whales. You can watch the giant bulls fight for mating rights, and later see the adorable babies. You can walk next to them but you won't want to get too close lol! They are massive, like a ton! I forgot how big. There is a live cam online. So you can watch them and see when a lot are there. It's close to Hearst castle. They give tours, right up your ally. I love that place. It's beautiful and great view of the coast. Just north is big sur. You can see California condor gliding in the wind right in front of you. They have like a 10 foot wing span. Sometimes they walk around the highway turn off looking for food. Those and the giant sequoia are my favorite fascinating things of nature. Good grief, traveling like you guys do is bringing back memories, exciting! 'Merica!
