Even though Jieng Cheng is always angry Lotus but actually he is the only one who showed every emotions. He showed care for his family, he showed helplessness, he showed insecurities, he showed sadness ,he showed parently care for Jin Ling,he showed hatred for the wens, he showed desire to be strong, he showed siblings bond for his sister and wei wuxian, and anger of course. He is the most relatable character ever.❤

Si tan solo el fandom comprendiera el papel que JC tuvo que cumplir en toda la historia, no es un villano, solo un pj que nadie trato de comprender porque estaban obsesionados con la dupla principal. Y así como JC, hay muchos otros pj del Donghua que pocos se tomaron el tiempo de analizar. Es una pena la verdad, porque JWY es un pj con el que MUCHOS podrían identificarse.

"I'm alive..." - *the most saddest part is, what the prize of being alive was for him*. The most cruel and dedicated storyline really (and the worst part is that it's really as the real life itself, when you went too deep to be on the light side as before - you have memories, you'll not forget).😔 *well now going off to be traumatized* - very well done 🥰

My thoughts exactly. I really don't understand why they feel they need to change the story for donghua. Jiang Cheng would never let the nephew he loves wholeheartedly facing his role as the new sect leader of Lanling Jin all by himself. He knew what it feels like to be alone on the forefront. Jin Ling even younger than when Jiang Cheng became a sect leader. It's so OOC it made me scratch my head.. (to me it almost feels like the donghua creator riding of the hateJiangCheng wave.. almost)

anime did him dirty in the official novel, he grabbed his zidain and stormed into the jin sect and beat everyone who denied jin ling as the clan head, and he balanced both his and jin sect to help jin ling
