My vacuum pipes fitting on the pump itself is a little bit loose? Is that normal🤔

Its quite wet on that area aswell… thought that the pipe clamp was only loose

Тем кто говорит по-русски Вам понадобится ударный 12 гранный ключ на 50 чтобы открутить стопорную гайку, и тиски, я зажимал за колёсные болты в тисках, поэтому придётся один новый купить Я менял на обоих осях, с одной стороны левая резьба, с другой правая, смотрите внимательно по виткам на валу Чтобы оторвать хаб с вала использовал болты ступичные от другого вага, крутил гайковёртом, в пресс можете не пихаться, не поможет, а помочь может горелка, грейте как можно сильнее, сварка, если кто не знает, тоже не поможет Потом просто из хаба достаёте стопорное кольцо, и перепресовываете подшипник стальным сальником со стороны стопорного кольца, а цветным со стороны упора Запрессовывается хаб на вал при помощи трубы и проставок, чтобы не захреначить резьбу, достаточно будет помазать чем то смазывающим поверхность вала и несколько раз ударить кувалдой по трубе, пока вал не начнёт отскакивать, потом кольцо абс, потом затягиваем гайку, с каким усилием она тянется я не знаю, так, на угад, используем новую прокладку, мы ещё масло в редукторе поменяли, там идёт где-то 2,5 литра обычной трансмиссионки

Я вращаю коленвал двигателя за гайку шкива генератора , не разбирая вентилятор. Если ремни генератора буксуют , то немного подтягиваю их.А так всё так же !

hi! I have a similar problem with an Astra K 2019, 1.6 cdti. Scanner says P20BE-00. There are no broken wires, checked them all. Any idea what the 00 means in the code? I couldn´t find related videos or posts online.

Got a whirring noise coming from an evoque we have 2018, coolant low warning been popping up recently so it’s must be leaking somewhere or faulty sensor because the temperature stays right even with vigorous prolonged driving. Do you think the whirring noise could be the belt on its way out and the pump needing replacement? 2018 105k miles

The torque settings should be similar to a bmw 1 series which has similar front suspension and weight? These specs are readily available unlike the i3. Upper control arm - hub end 175nm and chassis end M12 8.8 thread 68nm +90 degree angle. M12 10.9 thread 100nm +90 degree angle. Tighten in normal position Lower control arm - hub end 175nm and chassis end M12 8.8 thread 68nm +90 degree angle. M12 10.9 thread 100nm +90 degree angle. Tighten in loaded position Track rod - hub end 165nm Shock absorber hub nut (the one that goes through the hub body) Drop links - shock end 58nm and arb end 58nm Top nut for the shocks - rears 27nm Brake caliper 30nm to carrier bolts 110nm (front) 65nm (rear)

Hello. -- Please enlighten me. I went to the mechanic to change my timing belt. He told me that the injection pump was missing from the point. Is such a thing possible? Because my engine works perfectly before and after the intervention. Renault Megane 2, 1.5 dci, 63kw, 86 hp, euro 4.

Generally the focus mk1 & mk 2 were one of the best cars ford have ever produced until Mr emissions came along with his bag of tricks including the ecoboost engine then things were never the same 😢😊

Out of interest I noticed when you hand turned the engine over the cambelt slightly overlaps the cam pulley mine has done exactly the same after replacing everything by the book would you say it's ok?

Do you mean , as in slightly riding off the pully , it may do until it’s had a few rotations

Thanks for the reply I've done many cambelts but this one has me stumped! everything lines up after atleast 6 hand turnovers it starts to move towards the edge of the tensioner then carrys on round the camshaft on the edge hanging over approx 1mm then comes back inline? I've even replaced the tensioner bolt just incase. Water pump, tensioner ,cambelt all new fitted to torque specifications! Due to work commitments I'm gonna attack again on Sunday
